How buying on Tubayo works

Tubayo connects you with independent stores. Here's what happens from start to finish.

1. STEP 1

   Find something you love

   Search, browse categories, or watch a live session to see products up close.

2. STEP 2

   Ask the seller

   Questions about size, colour or delivery? Tap “Chat with seller”. You can share the product right in the chat.

3. STEP 3

   Add to cart and place your order

   Choose options and quantity, then place your order. You'll need a free Tubayo account.

4. STEP 4

   The seller contacts you

   Each seller confirms your order and agrees payment and delivery with you directly. Keep your phone number up to date in Settings.

5. STEP 5

   Follow your order

   Track every step (pending, in progress, delivered) in My orders. We notify you whenever it changes.

6. STEP 6

   Enjoy, and follow the store

   Follow stores you like to hear about new arrivals and their next live.
